New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2025, conducted from 16 November to 23 November 2025.
Based on the written examination results, candidates with the specified roll numbers have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) stage. The announcement was issued by Press Information Bureau (PIB Delhi).
Personality Test Details
The Personality Tests (Interviews) will be conducted at:

🔹 Provisional Candidature
The candidature of all qualified candidates is provisional, subject to verification of:

Candidates must produce original certificates at the time of the interview.
Reserved category candidates must ensure that their certificates were issued on or before 21 February 2025, which was the last date for submission of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025 application.
Mandatory OAF Update (27 Feb – 13 March 2026)
As per examination rules, all qualified candidates must log in to the Online Application Form (OAF) portal and:

Update educational qualification status

Upload proof of passing required exams

Fill or verify personal details

Update address, employment details, service experience (if any)

Submit cadre preference (when notified)

27 February 2026 to 13 March 2026 (6:00 PM)
Failure to complete and submit required details within this period may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Even candidates who have already uploaded documents must log in and verify details to generate the e-summon letter.
Cadre Preference & Allocation Policy
Candidates qualifying for the Personality Test will be required to submit their cadre preferences, including their home state.
Once submitted, cadre preferences cannot be changed. Final cadre allocation will be governed by the cadre allocation policy applicable at the time of appointment.
Change of Interview Date
Requests for change in interview date or time will generally not be entertained.

Marksheet & Final Result
The marks of candidates will be uploaded on the UPSC website within 15 days after the final result declaration and will remain available for 30 days.
As per an interim order dated 15 October 2025 by the Gujarat High Court, the result of one petitioner candidate has been kept in a sealed cover.
